Although it is a program with an "career-education" objective (for high school students to glimpse how life of doctors is like in reality), Grady's Anatomy does successfully generate conversation among general public on what responsibilities would be reasonable for doctors to bear.

The "myths-vs.-reality" dilemma does exist in every walk of life (not only in the medical field) as well as every facet of the society. Hence, our willingness and effort to reach out, to initiate a conversation and to facilitate mutual understanding do hold the key to a better society.
